The 22RE is kind of funny about its coolant level. Make sure the front end of the truck is slightly higher. Turn ON your heater, run the truck for about 20 minutes with the radiator cap OFF. This burps the air out of the system. Make sure it's topped off.

You might have to tweak the TPS a little bit afterwards; new to you truck.
