The deal is, when the truck is "cold", or hasn't been run for awhile, he can shift the truck into neutral and get it to start and work fine. If he starts the truck first, then he sometimes has issues, sometimes not. He did state that when the truck is "warm", or if it is running and he shifts into park, he cannot get it out again(sometimes). I think that the problem actually happens all the time, but if they shift into nuetral before starting, then the solenoid has no power to work, maybe? If the truck is running, the solenoid never works. This is just a guess on my part, I am a little fuzzy on the whole thing myself, thus the reason for the post. Thanks for the response!!
