It started and ran just fine last night. This morning it started for a moment and quit and now all I can do is crank the engine. Replaced the batterie, vehicle has adequite fuel and I have been using gasoline antifreeze. Everything seems to be working it just does't want to fire. Any Ideas The outside temps are around 0 with -30 wind chills.

What kind of engine/vehicle?
Available N.America powerplants are... 2.6L I4 3.0L v6 SOHC 3.0L v6 DOHC 3.5L v6 SOHC 3.5L v6 DOHC
IIRC the Mitsu Raiders have other engines that I'm not too familiar with.

My bad. I just now re-read your title and noticed you said a Raider. Those didn't have the 3.0L DOHC or the 3.5L engines.
So yours is the 3.0L engine and it won't start in cold weather. Do you have spark? Did you check for fuel getting to the cylinders?
Are you sure the replacement battery is good?

I'm certain it is getting spark. Fuel on the other hand i'm not sure. Like I said it fired ran for less than minute and stopped. I am getting oil pressure and regular voltage readings for normal start up.

Sounds like your fuel pump may have gone. If you spray starter fluid into the throttle body while cranking will it attempt to light off? If so, you pump is most likely not working. There is a test terminal on the passenger side up under the dash that you can check for 12V to verify that the control relay is working correctly. You can also apply 12 V directly to this terminal and it will bypass the control relay and drive the fuel pump directly (you should be able to hear the pump spinning if you put your ear on the floor over the fuel tank). This terminal is kind of hard to find -- mine was wrapped back way up on the harness with blue tape. There's a "no-start" diagnosis document floating around out there -- most likely with our Russian friends. If you need a copy, PM me and I'll e-mail it to you, but be warned it's probably about 2Mb in size so if you don't have broadband it could take a little while...
Good luck with it!

Check the coolant temp sensor by the thermostat. Connector terminals are in the shape of a tee. At very cold temps resistance with an ohmeter should be around 6kohms. When it died, did it die all at once, or fade away? Look at my recent post on the same type problem.

Sounds like fuel line freeze up to me. I live in northern Ohio and I always try to keep my gas tank nearly fuel and use lots of dry-gas .... gas line antifreeze. If she'll start and run on ether (starting fluid) then you've probrably got a big 'ol chunk of ice in your fuel pump or in line somewhere. You'll have to get 'er thawed out somehow !!! Good luck and stay warm !!!

I tried starting fluid and nothing. Did a little more extensive eaxamination tonight. It's not sparking. This maybe hillbilly enginering but I wedged my keys on full crank and checked the ignition cable by gently pulling it from its terminal. No spark between the points. I have done this before intentionaly/unintentionaly. You either see a spark or you get zapped. Now does this mean the coils trashed or the timnig belt has taken a dive?
