I would guess it has around about 4" of suspension lift.

That, of course, won't help with the engine swap mentioned earlier in this thread. If considering a 2" body lift, you could add about 2" of suspension lift (via ball joint and coil spacers or taller springs) for quite a bit less money that a 4" bracket lift:
