got an air-over hydro cylinder, but i still need to buy the steel for the frame and buy a bending die or 2. the dies are the most expensive part of this project and i have to buy at least 2.....

as far as stiffness, the rear is the last place in the world i would think you'd want stiffer, but, it's your a$$, not mine. i always liked it stiffer up front and soft in the rear, but not too soft, i guess a quickly-progressive spring rate, like the ones i have from the Aerostar. they are soft for about 1-2 inches of compression travel, then, they get super stiff really quick, so i have never bottomed out with these coils, even though i only have about 4" between my bumpstops and my lower coil mount, and yet, they still compress fully when articulated. they are a really nice spring.....
