They are removing one of two bolts (rear one) from the bushing on control arm holding rear axle in place. this will decrease binding then one of the sides drop. Increasing flex. I personally wouldn't do it for safety reason. If due to increased stress remaining one brakes on hwy such as hitting pothole result would be disastrous. Flex will still be limited by bushing upfront.
