96 Tacoma 3.4 ignition and code question. #787470 02/08/07 01:46 AM

My 96 3.4 tacoma chk eng. lite came on with a code of P0302= misfire #2 cyl. I have checked plugs and wire (NEW Bosch.) but still runs like a fouled plug. Has anyone had this problem and or its resolve under their belts? I read on another site that some people have had the same symptom because they had installed platinum plugs. (Which I have). They prefer factory. Anyone here feel the same? What do I do next? Advise? Thanks. "S"
