Toyota lists 2 part numbers for the 22RE oil pressure sender, not counting the oil pressure switch.

That's b/c there are 2 different gauges. Well, one isn't a "guage" really...
The SR5 models use a real gauge, this has an analog sender. Meanwhile, non-SR5 trucks don't have the guage, they just have an idiot light - the sender is different b/c it basically just trips when "low".
From what I udnerstand, if you use the dummy-light sender on a gauge, it will kill it. No personal proof of this though. This is a common mistake when guys swap the basic gauge cluster for the SR5 style.
