I'm wondering if, for say my 93 Trooper, a guy could put all the IFS hardware from a later model Trooper (longer A-arms, longer CVs, some of the steering as needed...longer brake lines maybe) on there and get more travel...not seriously considering it, but wondering. I would think it would bolt up without too much fuss, but I could be wrong. I know you SAS guys shudder at spending money on an IFS, but if the donor vehicle/parts can be had for the right price, it seems feasible and reasonable to try it.
