Looks good,one idea though.

From experience you will catch libs and branches in the basket.
I would wrap the front and around to the end of the 45's with something,to keep branches out of and from underneath the rack.

There can be enough force to bend or brake something if an 1" or 1 1/2" limb gets caught.
