If you go in from teh wheel well - it's right there.

This seems kinda crazy, but you prefer to reach it from teh top, you can... seems liek you can just remove the big intake hose at the throttle body and get that sucker out of the way... then reach down to it.

I would *think* the larger filter would be bad, just b/c of the bigger surface area - deceases total oil pressure?
