Fuel lines don't go to the sending unit. The sending unit is entirely electrical.

Do you mean the pump? Like, the two elbows on top of the plate of the pump hanger?

If so, you can either replace it or have someone braze on some new elbows for you. It is up to you to determine what needs to be done.
