What exactly was off?

On mine, the caps were the same diameter. A small height difference. The caps are not sticking out or pushed in, looks normal. I need to pump some grease in them and make sure the seals are seated correctly. I will get some pics of the gen1 and 95 Ujoints next to each other. I have one of the shafts somewhere. Let me go look.
