Teh price is going to vary from shop to shop, the only common pricing is for the beds. Anything else is custom work and brings a custom price, and there usually isn't any warranty for anything other than the bed. IMO I would get teh line-x, it is a far superior product than the others, yes it costs more, but it is worth the extra money

If you aren't looking to spend several $100, you should look into getting Duraback and roll it on yourself.

I havent done Rhino or Linex but I am planning on Linexing the bed and the hood with the hood being color coded. I was quoted at about 500$ for the bed and another $500 to do the hood in custom color.

The $500 for a line-x'd hood in a custom color is a bit extreme IMO, my buddy only charges $800 to do an inerior, and with a hood there is little very little prep involved. It should be even cheaper if you brought the hood in. It may also be cheaper now than when you got the original quote. IIRC, they have new guns that allow them to add the color at the nozzle, so they don't have to waste a lot of product of a mixed color when they purge the hose.

More than tread lightly. Leave it like you were never there, nor anyone else.
