Will a cracked intake hose cause a check engine light? It was running fine before I moved it, but would give me a check engine light as soon as I reved the engine or started to drive. It's a 3.slow and it's the 3 inch hose that hooks to the throttle body. It broke at the clamp. I moved it to pull the number 6 plug and it completly fell into 2 pieces. Other than a junk yard, or dealer does anybody make an aftermaket? Should I make my own?
Thanks.

I think you answered your own question. If it happens to be a preformed hose, dealer is your best bet, or try www.1sttoyotaparts.com

So how much does the dealer and the website I gave you want for 'em?

Looks like the dealer is about $80. I looked at 1stToyotaParts and could not drill down to find it. Only had intake and gaskets. Found it on another parts site for $59 + shipping. Can't drive it the way it is. Might sit for a while since it's not my DD.
