I might have a suspect short in my '87 4runner electrical system. I think I'm reading 24 milli amps drain on the battery when the car is completely off. I'm guessing it's to keep the time in the clock and the memory in stereo (I have an after market with an amp). Is 24 milliamps nornaml?
