I recently took my 2006 Rubicon Unlimited and added a 5inch Teraflex Longarm with Swaybar option. I also added 35x15x13.50 Toyos. Everything runs great. 6 gear isn't much use but other than that it is Awesome. Took it out and noticed I have a wheel rub on the front long arm when turning the wheels sharp. Was thinking about getting some 1.25" wheel spacers but wanted to see if there were any opinions out there. I was told it might wear the ball joings faster.

Yes it may wear the ball joints more, but the question is will it be noticably sooner??? Doubtfull. Maybe a few 1000k sooner than you normally would have to replace them, but IMO nothing majorly noticable to stop you from running them to prevent tire rub. Just my .o2

I think there is a threaded stop (like a bolt) you can turn out. It will reduce your turn radius some but wil prevent the tires from rubbing. Pretty sure someone here can tell you xactly where it is. I think it's on the knuckle/brake assembly. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
