As i stated before, stop trying to sell me on a rubicon. Even if i did get a rubicon i would still have to replace everthing you just said. If you didnt see. i want to keep the jeep i have. second off, i want a v8 in it. not a I6 or v6. i was thinking about a desil in it but not too sure. i could get one with the desil if i went up to canada. anyways, what i ment about replacing all the addons for the rubicon is: im putting in a v8, the rubicon doesnt come with one so there goes the motor and probably the tranny too. im going to replace the driveshafts anyways because of the lift. and im not worried about mounting/welding anything. i have my own welder, so also the exhaust will be no problem either. i would replace the axels mainly because i have a set of high clearance axles ready to be installed. and as for the gages, i plan on making my own dash anyways. and as for the brake system, dont make me laugh.

if you havent noticed the rubicon's are close $10,000.00 more then my base modle jeep. if i would have thought about it, i would have ordered it from the factory without the seats and with donuts on it to make it a little bit cheaper. i bought this jeep for a reason. it was the cheapest modle to do what i want with it. so as i said before. i am putting a v8 in my jeep. nothing else (unless i deside to go desil). so if you dont have any advice on how to do it, stop posting. because from what i can see, all you are is a 3rd rate mechanic with a rubicon fetish. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />
