hey genius, if you havent noticed, no one besides jeepete has provided any usefull info on how to do this swap. everyone has either had a hardon for the rubicon or has nothing to input besides some smart@$$ remark. i have already thanked jeepete, and i have been trying to make the people that have been posting crap straight on what i have planned. this is my rig that i am building. i am sticking to the plan i have. all i wanted was to see if someone had some good advice on some adapters to use or some components that would work well together. but when people keep on posting on the same crap, when i already explained my plan. like i have said over and over again... i am putting a v-8 or a diesel(ty for the correction, i suck at spelling) into my jeep. if you dont have any usefull advice or if you just want to put my plan down, plz dont post. ty.

All of us here would give the same advice...Go buy a 3/4 or a 1 ton pickup and transfer EVERYTHING from that truck into your Jeep. Don't try to piece it together.

I was just going to say the same thing, yet again, and I never did say to get a Rubicon, for the record. I was telling you a package of components (an entire existing full sized truck) that will work well together, and are sized properly for the provided HP and Torque you are planning on with a V8. Now personally if I was taking on this project I would try get get a EFI V8 to stick in there for the reliability.
