I've never swapped a motor, but I have a bit of mechanical skill. I already plan on it being alot of work so dont try to talk me out of it, and dont tell me to have a shop do it, because I really dont want to spend a bunch of extra money on something i can do myself. I have a 2006 TJ w/ a 4banger & 6-speed manual tranny (cheapest model). I would like to swap in a carborated 350 V8 and SM420 or NP435. I dont know what to do about the transfercase. I dont really have a clue on what kind of adapters or how to make it all fit and work. Anyone have some advice? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />
