Well ManZ you've got your work cut out for you! First off you will have to consider the "sniffer" NY uses.. I'm pretty sure you will not be able to use a carbed engine in your ride and still pass the sniffer... So you should start by looking into the NY sticker code.
Now if you really CAN put a 350 in there in NY the problems start right away.
You will need front and rear axles, driveshafts, tranny, transfercase, springs, shocks and oh golly no telling what else besides the 350 you are wanting.
I might be thinking of trading it off for a Z71 or something that was already built.
