I definitely think it is a byproduct of loading it with items it wasn't intended for...
Although none of my other vehicles have had this problem. Just my T100's.

I put some fingernail polish on the offending part and it works as good as new now. Thanks for the tip.

Also changed my sparkplug wires and plugs. Buying the OEM wires was a great tip also. When I pulled the old ones, I noticed the clips on the wires were broken on the ends. Had to have been like that for sometime. Probably done by the stealership when they worked on the truck a few months ago.

Also polished my headlamp lenses with the recommended kit and bought the upgraded lighting. Thanks again.

Finally, I have yet to change fluids and replace a u-joint and my number 1 oxygen sensor. Nice to be able to work on this truck myself somewhat.

Really appreciate all the information this board shares.
