Ok the t-150 3spd in the '72 just isn't going to cut it. Last summer I picked up a T-176/300 4spd with the idea of swapping that into the Jeep.

Now New England wheeling is mostly narrow, steep, rocky trails, so a stick is difficult to work without an ebrake and I have an opportunity to trade for a tf-999 auto.


I've never owned an auto nor worked on one. So yeah with my limited years of experience I dont know much about this swap. The 176 was a direct swap except the drive shafts. What am I going to need for this swap? I'm keeping my d300 tcase, and I'll have the bellhousing etc.
