If the reservior was empty you need to bleed the clutch MC for sure now. Because the clutch reservior is so small I found it hard for one person to bleed the clutch. Easiest way I found for one person to bleed the clutch is to gravity bleed it. There's a slave cylinder for the clutch on the bell housing of the tranny (pass. side). Loosen the bleeder and let the fluid drain into a bucket or oil pan. Use a tube over the bleeder. Stand at the master cylinder reservior and add fluid as the level goes down. Slow at first but once the air is bled out it will start to drain pretty fast. Make sure you don't let any air get into the master cylinder. Once you can't see any air draining from the slave cylinder close off the bleeder and top off the reservior.

Start by bleeding the clutch. That may be all you need. But if you have fluid leaking inside the floorboard or the pedal starts getting erratic again replace both the master cylinder and the slave cylinder at the same time as suggested.
