Not entirely sure about those wheels in particular, but I do know the stock 16"x7"jj alloys that came on the later T-100's were 4-5/8" backspacing - same as on the '96-'02 4runners as well... I'd be surprised to see that change all that much... Highly doubt they're out as far as 3.5". Where you're going to experience the major variance is on the mounting surface of the hub itself; That's why the center caps will be a hit-or-miss. Taco's & Tundra's should be real close, if not exactly the same.

As for clearance with the BJ spacer, you won't have an issue with any of the 16" wheels - only the 15" offerings from Toyota... I run a 12.5" wide tire on 15"x8" with 4" backspacing - 0 clearance problems with the calipers or drums. Fwiw, don't bother trying to find a steel 15"x8" that will fit - it doesn't exist.
