Need a Spot
I pulled the the cap off and turned the engine over.The rotor was not moving. Now what else should I check?


1989 Dodge Raider 3.0L with 5-speed.
In limbo of what to do with it.

Might help to know more about what vehicle you have and type of engine.

If you happen to have a non-interference engine I suppose it could be that your timing belt is broken.

If you have a SOHC 3.0L V6, the timing belt is probably broken. To inspect, remove the black plastic cam sprocket cover that is located on the driver side (US models) engine front - just in front of the distributor.... held with 2 screws.
