 front suspension rattle

<img border="0" title="" alt="<img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> I get a rattle on front passenger side. cant figure out where its comming from. does not rattle when some in passenger seat. any one else have this. rattle only when on rough road or small bumps.and generally the colder it is the worse the rattle.

any one have a rattle come fromthe front seat?? I cant pinpoint the location???? HELP!!!!

seems if it were something mechanical i.e. suspension it would rattle all the time? I would look for body work or some add ons like brush guards etc. If you think it's coming from within the cab pull the seats and check everything inside the cab with a tug of the hand.
just my two cents worth.

Have someone ride in the BACK seat when you drive around. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
Do you have a winch? if so, the rollers will rattle on a bumpy road.
Is it a metal on metal sound? Squeek? rattle? Plastic? Is it definitely coming from inside the Runner? maybe crack a window next time you hear it and see if it gets louder to make sure it is inside or out.
