I forgot to talk about the required photos:
-You need to have photos of the actual etching on the glass saying AS1, etc, on each window.
-You need photos of the N American ratings on the tires
-you need to have photos of the reflectors actually reflecting. I took these at night with the flash on.

In addition to those, I also provided photos from all 8 angles, ie, front, straight on; front right corner; right side straight on, etc, all the way around the truck. I also took a photo of the stock VIN tag on the firewall, and of the gauge cluster (odometer). Not sure if it was overkill, but the did the job.
