Clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. If you are using the 5 speed from a 2nd Gen 4runner it should fit. May need to check the rear tranny mount to see if the auto is the same as the manual and change it if you need too. I'm sure you already know you will need the manual tranny ECU for the 3.4. The wiring to the tranny will be added in your swap, neutral start, reverse light. The ORS harness that I got had wires in place and I just spliced on the appropriate connector and it was done. You may want to get the tranny connectors from the vehicle you get the manual tranny from.

There is an electric button available on manual tranny vehicles that lets you bypass the clutch. It is handy and you may want to get that as well from the donor manual tranny vehicle.

Other than those things you mentioned it should just about be it for installing a manual. For the swap if you do the body lift you will want to probably install a short throw shifter to raise the sifter up and get clearance on the hole in the floor.

Have you lined up a 3.4 donor?

Scroll down through this link. It shows the differences of peddle brackets and some of what is required to install the Manual in place of auto bracket.
