Getting the Wheeling Fever

eh, 111,000mi. runs great but leaks everything.the front seal on the pully is seeping also. replacing the lower bearings is just a matter of popping the old ones out of each cap and putting in new ones right?once again, any tips or tricks....there is also a sludge screen on the pump that can be easily replaced correct?
