First, thanks BigJim for your response to prior question.
Have a 2004 rubicon not always starting on the first try, but starts on the second one. started when weather got cold.Took it to dealer cause its under warr. but it started for him after sitting for two days.THEY say if it dont pull a code they can't do nuttin. what ever happened to trouble shooting? If HAL says nuttin's wrong does that mean i'm making this up just to visit the dealer? Any more ideas?thanks guys

You are prolly having leak back into the tank. The first start is simply building up fuel pressure for the second start..do this. Tomorrow turn the key to the run position for a 10 count and then hit the starter.. If it starts it is leak back.. Not to worry it will not fail on you from this minor problem.

This only happens once in a while not every day, if it was bleed back would it be intermittent and not on a daily basis?

Could be that your pump has a small vacuum leak and your not waiting for the pump to pressurize. Try turning the key on wait several seconds then turn to the ignition position....
