Lost my left front turn signal the other day. I figured it was just another bulb so I went to put a new one in and the old one was still fine. Tried the new one just to be sure and still no go. Just the one front corner; the rest still work. The left side does the spastic blinker just like if the bulb were burnt but I can't find anything wrong with the wiring. Is is possible for the little fuse/controller under the dash to only partially go? Any ideas?

Check the connector itself, the little conductors inside. I have seen them corrode to the point they no longer make contact with the bulb. That will look to the flasher like a burnt out bulb and it'll flash faster.

While looking for corrosion (on the ground wire too), check for volts. If none, go back from there.

turn on your 4 way flashers ... If there working , you can narrow it dowm to either the turn sign. combi switch or the bulb /ground .
