Ok biker get your boyfriend to sit in the seat and turn the wheel back and forth within the PLAY limits. Get under it and see what is moving and where the PLAY really is! Don't assume it is in the steering box. MAke sure just zackly what needs to be replaced or adjusted. MOST likely it ain't the box.
