Getting the Wheeling Fever

Im trying to decide weather to go with a long one peice driveshaft or if i should stay with a 2 peice and a carrier bearing. Ive asked a few people and was just seeing if anyone knew anything i havent heard yet. What are the pro's and con's of a one peice driveshaft vs a 2 peice.

01 Tacoma 3 inch suspension, 3 inch body 35's
94 wrangler 5.5 inch springs, 4 inch body 37's
