Jus make sure you get your fill plugs loosened before you drain the cases. The only 'problem' I've ever had was not having the pan far enough behind the transfer when I pulled the drain plug with the fill plug completely out, so the pressure spit fluid all over myself and the floor. I now use my refuse bucket with a funnel (6 gal w/a lid and spout) instead of a pan for the transmission and transfer to keep the splash to a minimum.
