The fronts springs are up to you, i would look for a pair that will be long enough to not interfere with the cab body mount, unless you go shackle under the frame rather that through the frame,
High-steer is all custome, you can have custom tie rods made by front range offroad...your fabricator will probably answer most of these questions/decisions for you anyway, if they know what they're doing...
