I don't really care of they meet DOT guidelines or not. What I DO care about is not blinding oncoming traffic on low beams yet still provided a substantial improvement in lighting over the stock units. On high beam all bets are off. I want to be able to melt the snow in front of me and be seen from the moon. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> I'll have to check out pirate and see if I can track down the thread.
