It also looks as if you increased your wheelbase an inch or two. The rear axle is a little further back from center. Not a problem, unless you get tire rub under compression, you'll need to cut some sheetmetal. Moving the front hangers an inch forward will also fix the shackle thing. But for ease, longer shackles will do 'ya too.
