You know, if somebody could wave a magic wand and vanish ALL guns EVERYWHERE, I could live with that. But that genie is out of the bottle and there ain't no going back.

We shouldn't be surprised that the assault ban wouldn't be revisited. Most of us had the following statements come out of our mouths once it was lifted:
"Buy 'em while you can get 'em." Yep, and there is still time.

Work on social programs and anti-gang programs. Don't take guns away from the VAST majority of honest hard working Americans.
Won't work. All that does it put the responsibility for the "gang" problem squarely into the hands of the law abiding citizen... again... Want it to stop? Start making prison real punishment.

Want it to stop? Start making prison real punishment. That's one step, but it'll take a lot more than that.

I didn't mean "education" as in the liberal term. I thinks some of those boot camp programs work, except for the ones in Florida . A good dose of Rights and Responsibilities, and Crime and Punishment

I dont think everybody should go to a super-max prison. I think they should release minor drug offenders. Shoot Murderers rapists and molestors. And lock up theives, Meth cooks, and other non violent fruitcakes.
When your a scumbag, three hots, and a cot are'nt a punishment.
