Body filler is supposed to be put on as thin as possible so pull the dents out as best as you can then use the body filler. Holes need to be welded up, the welds ground down then the body filler spread and sanded. If you just put body filler over the holes, it will crack and vibrate out. Bondo brand body filler is junk, find an auto body, paint store in your area, and ask them what type they recommend
