the only problem that I have is that the shop I had put them together didn't use marlin's adaptor, even though that is what I bought. I just found out about 2 months ago it is an AA adaptor. that is why it growels.
The early Marlin adapters were made by AA, I think it may even have AA cast in to it. Cannot remember it has been so long since I have had mine out and I am old and forget things nowdays.

If you know for sure they did a switch on you they would sure hear about it from me!!!!!! I know mine is Marlin, Marlin delivered it to me!!!!!! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
