I did the timing belt, tensioner, balance shaft belt, tensioner and water pump in a few hours. The 4D55T is a breeze to work on compared to the 3.0 V6! The only trouble I had was that it took me two tries to seal up the thermostat housing without leaking.

I don't know about the 4D56 but the 4D55T timing belt interval is only 50k miles so make sure you don't let it go too long! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" /> (I believe it is an interference engine)
