yeah, that's what i was thinking. he offered to sell me the whole truck for about $800 bucks and it's in great condition except for the engine, but i don't have anywhere to keep it. i already have 2 vehicles as is.

he just called me about an hour ago and told me he bought an 87 22R-ET 4Runner w/ no rust on it w/ a new engine for 3 grand. it's an auto though <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />. still not a bad price for a rust free first gen 4runner that comes w/ a 3 year warranty on the engine.
