Found the problem <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> It was the high tension wire on the coil..it was rusted with only a small area making connection. I did a major tune-up too. But of course I didnt find that until I had replaced about 7 miles of vacuum line (never hurts i guess) the line was fairly weathered.
