Need a Spot

My teenage daughter drives a 1997 GEO Tracker 4 door, with power windows and door locks. The danged module in the driver's side door that apparently controls everything quit operating the driver's window. Anybody have any sources for these modules? -- the one's I've priced are really salty.
Also... Anyone have info on replacing the exhaust from the engine back and junking out the cat? The cats falling apart, and I would like to keep her on the road, since its my second car.
