Right, that MAY make it feel...er...different. But the spring rate is the same. I didn't notice any difference when I cranked mine. Did you change the rims with a different back space? I think a wider stance feels different. The main thing is you've got dirty great big 33's under there now. THAT will change the ride the most surely.
