i think you mean the slave cyl rod is contacting the shift fork. the master cyl is on the firewall. there's 2 ways you can try adjusting it. 1 is on the back of the clutch pedal. there is a locknut (12mm IIRC) and 16 mm brass nut. unlock the lock nut and then turn the brass one. this only changes the throw of the pedal though. another thing you can try is to loosen the bolts on the slave cyl. move it forwards/backwards a little, and then retighten the bolts.


Yes, that is exactly what I meant. I've tried adjusting the threaded rod behind the clutch pedal and it doesn't seem to move much. I'll try moving the slave cylinder on the bellhousing. If that doesn't work, maybe I'll try greasing it to stop the noise? The noise is so annoying that I'll keep the clutch petal to the floor even when I'm not in gear just to stop the noise.
