Good to know I'm not the only one.

Mine is definitely not the throwout bearing but the contact between the slave and the lever. You can put you hand on the lever when it's idling in neutral and it moves slightly while vibrating. If you push in the clutch every so slightly, it forces the slave to make contact with the lever and the chirping stops because it closes the gap.
