If you guys are willing to go for body color match backdrops I could design them for you. As far as a clear backdrop, the place I use doesn't print clear stickers as far as I know. It would be about $6 for a pair, plus s&h.
All I need is either A.)Hex code version of your paint color B.)A clear shot of a body panel that isn't showing glare/shine/shadow etc

This what you guys are looking for? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/nana.gif" alt="" /> I can cut them no problem. I just whipped this one out for you guys to get a taste..... Anyway it is 4"x5", I use High Performance Vinyl which is very thin, so I cannot guarantee that it will hold up to the viscious mud, scrub, wash, mud, scrub, wash cycle. Application is easy, clean the area well with rubbing alcohol and stick it. Colors are: Light Silver, Black, Reflective Black, Blue, Brown, Copper, and Yellow. Price is $5 per sticker and that includes shipping via First Class Postal. To place an order please send an e-mail to justdoitmikey@hotmail.com Include your name, address, quantity, and color and I will reply to confirm your order and give you the PayPal to send payment to. All stickers should arrive within 7 days of the order. Please DO NOT post an order here! I don't check this as often as my e-mail. **EMAIL UPDATED**

Guys- I've been away for a bit, being busy buying a new accessory business. The deal's done now and includes a vinyl graphics machine and computer. I'm not up to speed yet on the thing, but with a little time I figure I can make them easy enough.

Just to clarify, what I'm looking for are the stickers that aren't printed on vinyl decal material. They're the ones cut out of vinyl in the shape of the logo. That's what I meant by "die cut" although I'm not sure that's the correct term. From my understanding these are created using a special plotter/printer that uses a knife instead of a print head. Your computer simply tells it how to cut out the design from a sheet of vinyl decal material.
UV resistance and longevity on the vehicle w/ all my off road dirt and regular "touchless" washings will be pretty important.
TIA. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Not sure that it is called "die cut" but you are correct the vinyl media is cut via a plotter that uses a tiny needle to cut the pattern out so there is no background. All the vinyl I use is 3-5 year exterior grade, meaning uv is not a problem and it is ment to take a beating. I have some vinyl stickers like these on my car and they have lasted for about 5 years and the edges are just now getting a bit "choppy" from general wear. The life of these is greatly reduced if the installer doesn't properly clean and adhear the sticker (Instructions are included). So long as you are not GRINDING the mud into the vinyl they should have no problem lasting 3+ years.
Hope that answers your question.
For some background: The place I work used to be a full service sign shop. We quit that about 4 years ago to started doing architectural cladding (metal panels that go on car dealers like Toyota, Nissan, Mazda etc) I still have all the old sign tools available to me so I just go into our graphics office and run these or any design I want after hours. So these are not some joe blow made crap. Besides they are only $5 so if you destroy one putting it on or rubbing it against a tree I can get you another for $5. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

No problem, though....just thought I'd offer what I could.

just go to a graphic sign place and have them made...I had this "realpolitik" sticker made for my twice stolen civic. I think this is what Ray is talking about. ![[Linked Image]](http://farm1.static.flickr.com/145/333885753_ef4fc544ce.jpg)

I looked into having some stickers similiar to this made at a local sign shop, and the prices were ridiculous. All I wanted was my name in script, about 8" long, for the top tube of my bike back when I was racing...they quoted me something like 30 bucks each...maybe that's not a bad price for something custom, but it was too rich for my blood.
