My alternator just died and Im going to get a new one but I need to know if I need a alternator with a internal or external regulator. thanks for the help. 88 XJ, 4.5 RE superflex, ARB bull bar, Warn M8000, 33" MTR's, OX locker, 4.88 gears, And Many KC lights. As sometimes the problem is NOT the alternator. The guys there will test and give you several options (usually).
